Workshop: The Calm Choice with Robyn Silverton
In these incredibly uncertain times, it is increasingly important to understand how to manage our stress levels and stop them hijacking our health and life. Being able to reduce the extent to which external factors disrupt our lives is key for both our health and happiness.
Seven years ago, Robyn co-wrote a book entitled The Calm Choice, with the intention of helping people get back in the driving seat of their life.
In this afternoon workshop, she will share these insights and exercises.
