Book your space on our 4-Week Beginners/ Foundation Courses - Mornings and Evenings available
We are delighted to be offering two 4-week beginners/ foundation courses, which will be held on Tuesday mornings or Monday evenings.
These courses are designed for any person at any level that is new to yoga or for students who want to revisit the fundamentals of yoga or continue to improve their practice.
Week-by-week our practice will build, introducing you to the basics of yoga, looking at the whole experience of Asanas (yoga poses), breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness - mind, body and spirit awareness.
Through this subtle practice, you will improve your fitness, learning how to relax and restore the nervous and immune system and generally improve all aspects of your health and life.
All levels welcome. The classes will be guided by our experienced team, and you will feel comfortable in our beautiful non-competitive and non-judgmental space.
Please be sure to let your teacher know before class if you have any form of injury or serious illness, or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby.
