Special festive Yin session with Robyn

We are delighted to be able to offer a festive yin yoga session this December.

The wonderful Robyn Silverton will be hosting this special “Settle Into Stillness” class on Thursday 22 December.

So often we prioritise the “doing” – action-based living that means we end up forgetting how to “be”. In the stillness, silence and edge of these longer held shapes, we begin to learn how to truly unfold.

This session has been designed for those wanting to explore and honour their Yin nature.
