Having joined Thaxted Yoga in August 2020, I have found the classes have not only improved my mental health and diverted attention from work but helped considerably to combat anxiety and focus attention on my breathing.
The teachers bring a calm atmosphere to practice and are so very caring and understanding of an individual’s capabilities.
I leave each class more relaxed, with a wider gap between my ears and shoulders!
