Pregnancy Yoga: 4 Week Course with Magali starts January 2022

We are delighted to be offering a collection of four pregnancy yoga classes commencing in the New Year, which will be held on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 and taught by our very own new Mum, Magali.

Aimed at mamas-to-be in any stage of pregnancy, this four-week ‘course’ promises to provide you with a safe space to take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Pregnancy is a rollercoaster, and it can be difficult to know what movements you can and can’t do.

These classes will provide you with anatomical knowledge of your ever-changing body, juicy yoga flows, calming meditations and affirmations to guide you on this journey and prepare you for your next chapter.

Suitable for complete yoga beginners, join a group of women all in the same boat and leave feeling stronger and healthier in mind and body.
