Each class can be as challenging or restful as you need, as you are guided to cultivate a safe personal practice to support body and mind on any given day.
Through asanas (physical postures), mantra (sacred sound vibration), pranayama (breathing exercises) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation), be guided to a place of stillness and peace as you release tension in the mind and body.
